On 3 April, we released an Appendix 3Y for Dr WB Goodfellow on behalf of our subsidiary company, Nufarm Finance (NZ) Ltd.

Due to an oversight, we have overlooked first lodging the Appendix 3Y on behalf of Nufarm. We now attach that Appendix 3Y on behalf of Nufarm.
