Recommendation from the nomination committee and proposed option program

Reference is made to the notice published on 21 April

2016 regarding the Annual General Meeting in NRC Group

ASA (the "Company") to be held on 12 May 2016.

The recommendation by the nomination committee

referred to in items 6 and 7 of the agenda and the

statement regarding the establishment of an option

program referred to in item 9 of the agenda are now
