NRC GROUP ASA - APPOINTED TO A MAJOR CONTRACT IN SWEDEN - SEK 700 MILLION

Trafikverket in Sweden has appointed Segermo Entreprenad AB, a

company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA (NRC Group), to a contract for

ground related work in connection with the building of Station Haga

in Gothenburg.

Station Haga is part of the major West Link Project in Sweden, and

is a railway connection in a tunnel under the center of Gothenburg.

The tunnel will connect commuter rail services to routes that pass

through the city, and give rise to three new stations in Gothenburg.

The contract is appointed to a joint venture together with Astaldi

which is one of Italy's leading contractors and one of the top 25 in

Europe in the construction segment, and with Gülermak, which is a

leading Turkish contractor.

The contract for NRC Group is valued at approximately SEK 700

million and is the largest contract awarded to NRC Group to date.

The work will commence in Q1 2018.

Closing date for submission of complaints is 10 days from today, and

formal contractual signing can take place after this period at the

earliest.
