NRC Group has completed the sale of the subsidiaries NRC Gravco and Septik Tank Co to Norva24

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by NRC Group ASA ("NRC

Group") on 12 January 2023, where it was announced that NRC Norge Holding AS, a

wholly owned subsidiary of NRC Group, had entered into a share purchase

agreement to sell 100% of the shares in its wholly owned subsidiaries NRC Gravco

AS and Septik Tank Co AS (collectively the "Companies") to Norva24 AS, the

Northern European market leader within underground infrastructure maintenance

services (UIM).

NRC Group is pleased to announce that the transaction was completed today, 20

January 2023.
