NRC GROUP ASA - EXERCISE OF CONTRACT OPTION - SEK 130 MILLION

The Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket) has decided to exercise

the contract option for the maintenance of railways on Västra Götaland Väst.

NRC Sweden will be responsible for preventive maintenance and corrective

measures on the track lines, and will involve rail services such as track,

electro and signal.

The contract option is valued at approximately SEK 130 million. The work will

commence in September 2021, and the project is scheduled for completion in

August 2023.
