NRC Group ASA has completed the divestment of its Finnish and Swedish design business

On 12 August 2019, NRC Group ASA announced that NRC Group Holding AS, a wholly

owned subsidiary of NRC Group ASA, entered into a share purchase agreement with

Sweco AB for the sale of all issued and outstanding shares in NRC Holding Design

OY, which is the holding company for the Finnish and Swedish design business

(the "Transaction")

NRC Group Holding AS has today completed the Transaction. For further details,
