NRC GROUP ASA - APPOINTED TO A CONTRACT IN NORWAY - NOK 57 million

Bane Nor has appointed Fibertech AS, a company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA, to

a contract for cable installation on the railway connection between Hønefoss and

Gol, and Gol and Finse.

The contract also includes an option for Bane Nor to include the railway

connection between Finse and Voss, in the same contract. The contract is valued

at approximately NOK 57 million. The work will commence in May 2018, and the

project is scheduled for completion in autumn 2019.

Closing date for submission of complaints is 10 days, and formal contractual

signing can take place after this period at the earliest.
