NRC - Closing of sale of Blom Nordic

Oslo, 30 March 2016

Reference is made to the announcement made by NRC

Group ASA (the "Company") on 7 March 2016 regarding

the sale of the Company's Geo business in Norway,

Sweden and Finland to Terratec AS.

Closing of the transaction took place today, 30 March

2016 and the shares of the Norwegian company Blom

Geomatics AS and the Finnish company Blom Kartta Oy

have been transferred to Terratec AS. Transfer of the

assets sold from Blom Sweden AB will take place as

soon as necessary formalities are in place, expected

during April 2016.
