NRC Group ASA divests its Geo business in the UK to Cyient Europe Limited

Blom AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of NRC Group ASA,

has on 6 November 2016 entered into a share sale and

purchase agreement with Cyient Europe Limited for the

sale of all the issued shares in Blom Aerofilms

Limited.
