On 13 april 2018, Visento AS has acquired 5 000 shares in NRC Group ASA at a

price of NOK 56,57 per share. Visento AS is wholly owned by Helge Midttun, who

is the Chairman of the Board of NRC Group ASA.

Following this transaction, Visento AS owns 105 000 shares in NRC Group ASA.
