Cosimo AS has on the 22 April 2015 acquired 1,000,000

shares in Blom ASA at a price per share of NOK 9.50.

Following the transaction, Cosimo AS owns 1,000,000 shares

in Blom ASA, corresponding to approx. 9.93% of the shares

and votes in the company. Cosimo AS is owned by Trygve

Bruland, the chairman of the board of directors in Blom

ASA.

Following completion of the share issue in connection with

the acquisition of Team Bane, Cosimo AS' ownership and

votes in the company is expected to decrease to approx.

5.06%.
