NRC GROUP ASA - EXERCISE OF CONTRACT OPTION

Jernbaneverket has decided to exercise the option on

the frame agreement "Oslokorridoren" with NRC Rail AS,

a company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA.

The option includes ground and track related work which

will commence in February 2017, and the project is

scheduled for completion in February 2018.

The estimated total value of the frame agreement is

between NOK 30-40 million.
