NRC Group ASA - Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

NRC Group ASA (NRC) has appointed Ole Anton Gulsvik as new Chief Financial

Officer (CFO) of NRC effective from 1 March 2022.

Mr. Gulsvik most recently served as CEO of Seven Seas Group, an international

maritime services and logistics group, focused on global ship supply. He will

succeed Dag Fladby, who will continue in the CFO role through January 31, 2021.

Head of Group Finance, Rolf Berge, will act as CFO during February 2021.

Mr. Gulsvik previously held leadership and executive roles during tenure at

Seven Seas Group (former Eitzen Maritime Services), where he has been

instrumental in the financial turnaround completed the last years. He served as

CEO from 2016 and as CFO from 2012 to 2015 when the company was listed at the

Oslo Stock Exchange. Mr. Gulsvik also holds a strong capital market background

among others Carnegie Handelsbanken as analyst both within equity and credits,

and later in corporate finance where he conducted several turnkey financial

restructuring projects for listed companies.

Mr. Gulsvik holds a master's degree in engineering from the Norwegian University

of Technology and Science (NTNU).
