ØIVND HORPESTAD NEW CEO IN NRC GROUP ASA

The Board of Directors of NRC Group ASA (NRC) has

appointed Øivind Horpestad as new CEO for the company,

effective 1 March 2016.

Øivind Horpestad is currently Head of NRC's Rail

division, and will continue also in this capacity. He

has long experience from the rail industry, and was

one of the founders of Team Bane which is a major part

of NRC's rail business. He has been instrumental in

developing NRC rail business to a leading and fully

integrated rail infrastructure contractor covering the

Norwegian and Swedish markets.

Acting CEO Lennart Flem retains his position as Head

of NRC's Geo division, Blom AS, and Managing Director

of Blom Geomatics AS.
