THE BOARDS APPROVAL OF THE FINANCIAL STATEMENT FOR 2014

The Board of Directors of Blom ASA has 12th of March

2015 approved the 2014 financial statements for Blom

Group and Blom ASA. Blom Group reports operating

revenues of NOK 234 million and a profit for the

year of NOK 8 million for 2014. This is in line with

the preliminary financial statements announced on

25th of February, 2015.

The Board of Directors of Blom ASA has decided to

propose to the annual general meeting that no

dividend will be paid for 2014.
