THE BOARDS APPROVAL OF THE FINANCIAL STATEMENT FOR 2013

The Board of Directors of Blom ASA has 27th of March

2014 approved the 2013 financial statements for Blom

Group and Blom ASA. Blom Group reports operating

revenues of NOK 265 million and a loss for the year

of NOK 59 million for 2013. This is in line with the

preliminary financial statements announced on 27th of

February, 2014.

The Board of Directors of Blom ASA has decided to

propose to the annual general meeting that no

dividend will be paid for 2013.
