Annual General Meeting held

The Annual General Meeting of NRC Group ASA was held on 19 April 2018.

All resolution proposals included in the notice of general meeting were adopted,

including the proposal to pay dividend of NOK 1.75 per share. Dividend payments

will be made on 3 May 2018 to shareholders as of 19 April 2018, registered as

shareholders on 23 April 2018.
