NRC GROUP ASA: Annual General Meeting held

The Annual General Meeting of NRC Group ASA was held on 3 May 2017.

All resolution proposals included in the notice of general meeting

were adopted, including the proposal to pay dividend of NOK 0.80 per

share. Dividend payments will be made on 19 May 2017 to shareholders

as of 3 May 2017, registered as shareholders on 5 May 2017.
