ISSUE OF CLEANSING NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A CORPORATIONS ACT NOVONIX LIMITED

NOVONIX Limited ( ASX Code: NVX ) issued 2,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in NOVONIX Limited ( Shares ) on the exercise of 2,000,000 options on 29 December 2017.

NOVONIX issued the Shares without disclosure to investors under section 708A(5) Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).

• (b) this notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) Corporations Act;

• (c) as at the date of this notice, NOVONIX has complied with:

  • (i) the provisions of chapter 2M Corporations Act as they apply to NOVONIX; and

  • (ii) section 674 Corporations Act; and

• (d) as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is ‘excluded information’ (within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) Corporations Act) to be disclosed under section 708A(6)(e) Corporations Act.
