"Novaturas" presented first half results and answered questions during webinar

On 31 July 2019 at 9:30 (EET) AB Novaturas (hereinafter - the Company) held a conference webinar for its shareholders, investors, mass media representatives and other stakeholders. The presentation was held in English.

During webinar question about interim dividends was asked. Based on financial results of first half of the year 2019 the Company Board did not recommend to pay interim divididend after first half of the year 2019.

The Company confirms long term strategy to pay 70-80% of net profits as dividends.
