Novabase informs on guidance for 2016

Lisbon, 11th February 2016

Novabase hereby announces to the market the guidance for 2016 as follows:

• Turnover above 215 Million Euros (more than 45% of which generated outside Portugal)
• EBITDA between 14 and 17 Million Euros

This information will be announced at a Press Conference to be held today, at 5:00 p.m., at the company's head offices, following presentation of the FY2015 Results.
