Quantum completes share consolidation

At the 21 September 2015 Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of Quantum Resources Limited ( Quantum or the Company ), it was resolved that the Company’s shares be consolidated through the conversion of every thirteen fully paid ordinary shares on issue as at the record date of Friday 25 September 2015 into one share, with fractions of a share being rounded to the nearest whole number, exact half shares being rounded up and post consolidation holdings of less than one being rounded up ( Consolidation ).

Quantum advises that the Consolidation has been completed effective 28 September 2015. Following the Consolidation, the Company now has 144,139,826 fully paid ordinary shares on issue. A Consolidation Notice will be forwarded to shareholders on 29 September 2015.
