Options Expiring 31 October 2010 – Exercise Price $0.09275

According to the Register of Optionholders held by Link Market Services Pty Ltd, (Name) holds (Quantity) options in Quantum Resources Limited that expire on 31 October 2010, and have an exercise price of $0.09275.

You will receive one ordinary share for each option you exercise.

The purpose of this letter is to notify you of the forthcoming expiration of the options, and to give you the opportunity to exercise the options should you feel the need. If you do wish to exercise the options, please notify Link Market Services Pty Ltd, who will be able to forward you a Notice of Exercise of Options.

As required by Australian Securities Exchange, the following information is provided:

1. The options expire at 5pm Eastern Standard Time on 31 October 2010.

2. The exercise price of the options is $0.09275 per option.

3. The due date for payment of the exercise price of the options is 31 October 2010.

4. The consequence of non-payment of the option exercise price is that shares cannot be issued to the optionholder. If the exercise price is not paid on or before the option exercise date, the options will lapse and carry no further rights.

5. Quotation of the options on ASX will end on 22 October 2010.

6. The latest available market price for the underlying securities, being fully paid ordinary shares in Quantum Resources Limited (ASX Code: QUR), is $0.02 on 14 September 2010.

7. The highest market price of fully paid ordinary shares in QUR during the three months prior to the date of this letter was $0.02 on 13 September 2010; the lowest market price of fully paid ordinary shares in QUR during the three months prior to the date of this announcement was $0.01 on 11 June 2010 to 1 September 2010.

8. There is no underwriting agreement in respect to the options.
