DESPATCH OF RIGHTS ISSUE PROSPECTUS

Quantum Resources Limited (ASX:QUR) (the Company ) wishes to announce that it despatched a Prospectus dated 31 October 2016 for a non-renounceable pro-rata Rights Issue of 1 new Share for every 5 Shares held on the Record Date at an issue price of 1.6 cents ($0.016) per new Share together with 1 free-attaching new unlisted option, exercisable at 3.25 cents ($0.0325) and expiring on 31 August 2020, for every new Share issued to raise up to approximately $989,247 before costs of the issue.
