NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE – OFFER CLOSED

Quantum Resources Limited (ASX:QUR) (the Company ) refers to its non-renounceable pro-rata Rights Issue of 1 new Share for every 5 Shares held on the Record Date at an issue price of 1.6 cents ($0.016) per new Share together with 1 free-attaching new unlisted option, exercisable at 3.25 cents ($0.0325) and expiring on 31 August 2020, for every new Share issued to raise up to approximately $989,247 before costs of the issue.

The Directors of the Company advise that the Rights Issue has now been closed.

The Company will make an announcement of any under subscriptions and the total number of new Shares and Options that are issued under the offer in accordance with the offer timetable.
