NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE – SHORTFALL NOTICE
Quantum Resources Limited (ASX:QUR) (the Company ) advises that the non-renounceable pro rata rights issue offer, detailed in the Company's Prospectus dated 31 October 2016 ( Prospectus ), closed on 18 November 2016 ( Closing Date ).
Eligible shareholders were offered to subscribe to its non-renounceable pro-rata Rights Issue of 1 new Share for every 5 Shares held on the Record Date at an issue price of 1.6 cents ($0.016) per new Share together with 1 free-attaching new unlisted option, exercisable at 3.25 cents ($0.0325) and expiring on 31 August 2020, for every new Share issued to raise up to approximately $989,247 before costs of the issue.
A total of 19,566,051 new shares and 19,566,051 new options have been subscribed for under the Rights Issue, raising approximately $313,056. The results of the Rights Issue offer are as follows:
