Completion of placement to raise $480K

Quantum Resources Limited (ASX:QUR) ( Quantum or the Company ) is pleased to confirm that it has completed a placement of 12,000,000 ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.04 to a number of sophisticated and professional advisers ( Placement ). The Company has raised $480,000 under the Placement.

The Placement entitles its subscribers to receive 1 free attaching option for each Placement share subscribed for, which will be exercisable at $0.0325 on or before 17 November 2018.

All Placement shares are subject to voluntary escrow provisions, until the earlier of:

• the date that the Company receives confirmation from ASX that the Company has met ASX’s requirements to obtain shareholder approval for its proposed acquisition of LogiTag Systems Ltd ( LogiTag ) and re-comply with Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules (in which event ASX may impose further restrictions on trading of the Placement shares in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules); and

• where the Company determines not to proceed with its proposed acquisition of LogiTag, on such date that the proposed transaction is terminated.
