LogiTag Systems reveals strong sales revenue

Quantum Resources Limited (ASX: QUR) ( Quantum ) is pleased to announce that initial due diligence into LogiTag Systems Ltd ( LogiTag ) has revealed the company to be in a very sound financial position.

LogiTag is managing its existing client accounts extremely well and has a pipeline of new sales contracts.

The Israel-based hardware and software manufacturer which sells a unique and unrivalled Software as a Service (SaaS) based over the cloud inventory management system that connects all players within a supply chain is on track to report revenue in excess of $8million AUD for FY2016.

LogiTag has a unique patented technology that is suitable for use across a wide and varying range of markets. However the company’s sales focus is presently on supplying its market leading cloud-based system, along with associated hardware, to the US Healthcare market and the global medical device manufacturer market.

To date, LogiTag has been operating as a profitable small company with a small staff force. However the company has now embarked on a public listing strategy via an agreement with QUR which will allow LogiTag to shift focus to a faster moving revenue model in order to capture a greater share of the market. With access to fresh capital, LogiTag will be able to manufacture and sell more devices, and take on much larger orders and increase ongoing revenue from SaaS.

LogiTag has commenced discussions with US sales and marketing agencies to analyse and report on the most advantageous sales model to rollout. The directors of QUR have fielded interest from investment banks and firms, seeking more detailed information on LogiTag and its capital requirements.

An Investor Presentation is now being drafted and will be released to the market very shortly.
