Change in Officeholders and Registered Office
Quantum Resources Limited (ASX: QUR ) (the Company or Quantum ) advises that Ms Alyn Tai has resigned as Company Secretary and Non-Executive Director of Quantum, effective 19 April 2016 and 30 April 2016 respectively. The Board of Quantum takes this opportunity to thank Ms Tai for her contribution to the Company.
Quantum also advises that Mr Adrien Wing has been appointed Company Secretary effective today, 19 April 2016. The Board welcomes Mr Wing to the Company.
