Change of Company Secretary and Registered Office

Appointment and resignation of Company Secretary

Quantum Resources Limited (ASX: QUR ) (the Company or Quantum ) advises that Mr Patrick Volpe has resigned as Company Secretary of Quantum, effective today 3 August 2015, and Ms Alyn Tai has been appointed as Company Secretary, with effect from 3 August 2015.

Ms Tai is a practising lawyer who specialises in the areas of corporate and commercial law, and the provision of company secretarial and legal counsel services to ASX-listed entities.

The Board of Quantum takes this opportunity to thank Mr Volpe for his contribution to the Company.

Change of Registered Office and Principal Place of Business

The Company further advises that effective 3 August 2015, the Company’s registered office, principal place of business and mailing address has changed to:
