Appointment and Resignation of Directors
The Company wishes to advise that Mr Peter Lee has been appointed a Director of the Company and Mr Craig Michael has resigned as a Director of the Company.
Mr Lee has over 30 years experience in the mining and resources industry. He is currently a Director of Golden River Resources Corp, Top End Uranium Ltd, and Acadian Mining Corporation, and Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Legend International Holdings, Inc, North Australian Diamonds Limited, Northern Capital resources Corp, Great Golden Resources Corp, Electrum International, Inc and Secretary of Aurum, Inc.
Mr Lee will remain as Chief Financial officer and Company Secretary of the Company.
Mr Michael has made a significant and important contribution to the Company during the period of his directorship, for which the Board extends its sincere thanks.
