Nova Measuring Instruments to Present at the Roth Capital Growth Stock Conference on March 12, 2012

Company presentation will be at 4:00pm Pacific Time and will be webcast live

REHOVOT, Israel, February 27, 2012 - Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd. (NASDAQ: NVMI), provider of leading-edge stand-alone metrology and the market leader of integrated metrology solutions to the semiconductor process control market, today announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Dror David, will attend the Roth Capital Growth Stock Conference 2012.

The conference will be taking place at the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel, California. Nova’s CFO is scheduled to present at 4:00pm Pacific Time on Monday, March 12, 2012.
