Nova Measuring Instruments to Present at the Annual Rodman & Renshaw Global Investment Conference on September 12, 2011

REHOVOT, Israel, September 6, 2011 - Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd. (NASDAQ: NVMI), provider of leading-edge stand-alone metrology and the market leader of integrated metrology solutions to the semiconductor process control market, today announced that its President and CEO, Mr. Gabi Seligsohn, will be presenting at the Annual Rodman & Renshaw Global Investment Conference.

The conference will be taking place at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York. Mr. Seligsohn, Nova’s President and CEO, is scheduled to present in the Sutton Suite at 2:50pm Eastern Time on Monday, September 12, 2011. The conference will be simultaneously webcast, and can be accessed from a link on Nova’s website at www.nova.co.il.
