Freedom Foods Group Limited Dispatch of Retail Offer Booklet

Freedom Foods Group Limited (ASX: FNP) ( Freedom Foods ) confirms that the Retail Offer Booklet and personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Form in connection with the accelerated pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer ( Entitlement Offer ) as announced on 23 May 2019 was dispatched to Eligible Retail Shareholders [1] today.

A letter to Ineligible Retail Shareholders [1] notifying them of the Entitlement Offer and their ineligibility to participate has also been dispatched.

Retail Entitlement Offer

The retail component of the Entitlement Offer ( Retail Entitlement Offer ) will open on Wednesday, 29 May 2019. The Retail Entitlement Offer is expected to close at 5.00pm (Sydney time) on Tuesday, 11 June 2019. Application and associated monies must be received prior to this time.
