Order to purchase nineteen 787-9 Dreamliners

Order to purchase nineteen 787-9 Dreamliners

Arctic Aviation Assets (AAAL), a fully owned

subsidiary of Norwegian, has signed an agreement with

Boeing to purchase nineteen 787-9 Dreamliners. All

aircraft will be leased and operated by Norwegian. The

aircraft will be delivered from 2017 to 2020. The

agreement is the largest single order of 787-9s in

Europe and includes purchase options for an additional

ten aircraft of the same type.

Norwegian is currently operating eight Boeing 787-8

Dreamliners, and has orders for a total 30 larger 787-

9 by 2020.
