ISSUE OF SHARES AND CANCELLATION OF ESOP OPTIONS

Appendix 3B announcement of share issue is attached in respect of the issue of 1,007,556 shares to the NST Employee Share Trust, 3,735,539 shares issued on exercise of publicly held unlisted 10c options expiring 4 September 2012 (NSTAY), 833,333 shares issued on exercise of 5c director/consultant incentive options expiring 4 September 2012 (NSTAU) and 833,333 shares issued on exercise of 10c director/consultant incentive options expiring 4 September 2013 (NSTAS).

The Company also wishes to advise that the following staff options have been cancelled upon their exercise as facilitated by the NST Employee Share Trust:

  • 3,166,666 options with various exercise prices and expiry dates (NSTAY)

Quotation agreement

  • 1 +Quotation of our additional +securities is in ASX’s absolute discretion. ASX may quote the +securities on any conditions it decides.

  • 2 We warrant the following to ASX.

  • The issue of the[+] securities to be quoted complies with the law and is not for an illegal purpose.

  • There is no reason why those[+] securities should not be granted[+] quotation.

  • An offer of the[+] securities for sale within 12 months after their issue will not require disclosure under section 707(3) or section 1012C(6) of the Corporations Act.

Note: An entity may need to obtain appropriate warranties from subscribers for the securities in order to be able to give this warranty
