We attach Appendix 3Y notification of change of Directors’ interests in regards to Mr Michael Fotios.

As advised on 23 December 2011, Mr Fotios had arranged sales to certain existing investors in order to reimburse part costs of his prior exercise of options. These off market transfers dated 30 December 2011, to beneficiaries of the Michael Fotios Family Trust, complete those sales.
