Nordic Tankers A/S in share-swap with Eitzen Chemical

Contracts have now been concluded with Eitzen Chemical to swap shares in three Singaporebased companies owning each one chemical tanker:

• Mt "SICHEM COPENHAGEN", 12.959 tons deadweight IMO2 chemical tanker built in 2005 will be 100% controlled by Nordic Tankers A/S effective June 29th, 2007.
• Mt "SICHEM OSLO", 12.975 tons deadweight IMO2 chemical tanker built in 2005 will be 100% controlled by Nordic Tankers A/S effective july 2^nd, 2007.
• Mt "SICHEM PEARL", 10.331 tons deadweight IMO2 chemical tanker built in 1994 will be 100% controlled by Eitzen Chemical effective July 2nd, 2007.
