Exercise of employee share options

Following the market close on February 22, 2016,

employees in Nordic Semiconductor ASA have exercised

48,967 share options in Nordic Semiconductor ASA. All

share options will be settled in cash.

The options contracts were granted to employees with

a strike price of NOK 38.43 and a "cap" of NOK

150.00 upon cash settlement).

This options settlement will result in a total net

cash payment of NOK 341,790 (USD 39,725) for Nordic

Semiconductor ASA.

All expenses related to the options exercise have

already been recognized in previous quarters, and

the options settlement has no net impact on the

operating expenses of the company in the current or

future quarters.

After this transaction, the total number of options

issued in Nordic Semiconductor ASA shares under the

employee option program is 3,796,003.
