Epsilon AS, an investment company wholly owned by

Board member Kjell Bråthen has on March 26 settled a

forward contract for the purchase of 600,000 shares

and entered into a new forward contract for the

purchase of 600,000 shares in Nordic Semiconductor

ASA. The contract has a maturity date of June 25,

2010 and a price of 98.05.

After the transactions, Kjell Bråthen's total

shareholding in Nordic Semiconductor ASA is

unchanged. After the transactions, Kjell Bråthen

privately owns 134,250 shares. In addition, Kjell

Bråthen's investment company Epsilon AS owns 180,000

shares directly and holds forward contracts for

600,000 shares, for a total of 780,000 shares.
