Board member subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue

On 20 June 2016, board member Kjell Roland subscribed 137,760 shares in the

ongoing Rights Issue in Nordic Mining at a subscription price of NOK 0.50 per

share. Roland has been allocated 137,760 subscription rights, and he will

receive 137,760 shares in the Rights Issue.

Kjell Roland owns 312,397 shares in Nordic Mining prior to the transaction.
