Board member subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue

On 21 June 2016, board member Hilde Myrberg subscribed 31,321 shares in the

ongoing Rights Issue in Nordic Mining at a subscription price of NOK 0.50 per

share. Myrberg has been allocated 31,321 subscription rights, and she will

receive 31,321 shares in the Rights Issue.

Hilde Myrberg owns 71,027 shares in Nordic Mining prior to the transaction.
