Board member subscribes for shares

Board member Tore Viana-Rønningen has today through his related company

ETVR Invest AS subscribed for 50,000 shares in the ongoing Rights Issue

in Nordic Mining at a price of NOK 0.60 per share.

ETVR Invest AS has been allocated 13,974 subscription rights and will

receive 13,974 shares in the Rights Issue. In addition, ETVR Invest AS

may be allocated up to 36,026 shares based on the subscription for

shares without subscription rights.

Prior to the subscription ETVR Invest AS owns 145,000 shares in Nordic

Mining.
