Board member subscribes for shares

On 12 November 2014 board member Hilde Myrberg purchased 50,000

subscription rights in the ongoing Rights Issue in Nordic Mining at a

price of NOK 0.14 per subscription right. Confirmation of the purchase

was received today 13 November 2014.

Myrberg has today subscribed for 66,000 shares in the Rights Issue at a

price of NOK 0.60 per share. Based on the purchased subscription rights

she will receive 50,000 shares in the Rights Issue. Myrberg may also be

allocated up to 16,000 shares based on the subscription for shares

without subscription rights.

Prior to the Rights Issue Hilde Myrberg does not own shares in Nordic

Mining.
