Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 14 November 2014 that on the same day, Martin  Towers, Chairman and Non-Executive Director, purchased 62,607 shares of 1p each in Norcros ("Norcros Shares") at a price of 15.874p each and that his wife, Mrs Emma Towers, purchased 187,966 Norcros Shares at the same price.  Both purchases were made via their respective investment accounts administered by Hargreaves Lansdown.

Martin Tower's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 1,214,208 Norcros Shares.
