Trondheim, 5 April 2022: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements by Norcod AS ("Norcod" or the "Company") published on 22 March 2022 and the resolutions made by the Company's extraordinary general meeting held on 30 March 2022, regarding the issuance of new shares pertaining to the private placement.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the 2,187,500 new shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.: Foretaksregisteret). The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 9,609,316, divided on 19,218,632 shares with a nominal value of NOK 0.50 each.
