Subject: Trading window closure

We wish to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 and the amendments made thereto, the Trading Window in respect of equity shares of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 1[st] April 2020 for the designated and connected persons till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and the financial year ended on 31[st ] March 2020, as approved by the Board of Directors.

The date of the Board meeting for consideration of the Audited Financial Results will be separately informed to the Exchanges.

Further, with reference to the email communication dated 26[th] March 2020 of NSE, we wish to mention that in the midst of the COVID outbreak and current lock-down, the Registered office of the Company is closed where the DSC is stored and since work from home policy has been adopted, it is not possible to send the signed copy of this reply owing to the limited resources and hence SD mode of signing is used.
