Petra Kakovič Bizjak resigns as a Member of NLB Supervisory Board
On 1/9/2020 the Bank received a letter of resignation from Petra Kakovič Bizjak, a member of the Supervisory Board – workers’ representative, resigning from the function of a Supervisory Board member – workers’ representative.
The Bank will make all the necessary arrangements to implement the resignation, and the Supervisory Board will also decide on shortening the three months’ notice period laid down in the Bank’s Articles of Association.
This announcement will be available on the Bank's website (www.nlb.si) as of 4 September 2020.
