On April 19, 2021, NioCorp Developments Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a C$6 million non-brokered private placement of Units of the Company. A copy of the April 19, 2021 press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
