PDMR/PCA Dealing

The Company announces that it was notified on 6 December 2016 that Mr Tim Croston, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company, sold 393 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1,580 pence per Ordinary Share on 6 December 2016.

As a result of the above transaction, Mr Croston no longer holds Ordinary Shares in the Company. 

The Company also announces that it was notified on 6 December 2016 that Mrs Susan Croston, a PCA of Tim Croston, sold 1,607 Ordinary Shares at 1,580 pence per Ordinary Share on 6 December 2016.

As a result of the above transaction, Susan Croston's holding in the Company has decreased to 16,000 Ordinary Shares, being 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
